Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your Right to Return

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email to help@nazzarfit.com).

How to Return an Item

To return a product, please:

  1. Contact us at help@nazzarfit.com within 14 days of receipt
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorisation and instructions
  4. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us

Important: You must return items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods unless:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The item doesn't match its description

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of posting, whichever is earliest.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please:

  1. Return the original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for your preferred item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Intimate apparel
  • Items marked as "final sale"

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at help@nazzarfit.com
  2. Provide photos or video evidence of the issue
  3. Include your order number

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at help@nazzarfit.com
